Painting acrylic on canvas as an outlet for creativity, I have a day job in sales at Somerset Mall. My wish is that my artwork brings a blessing to those who will view it.
I am a Horticulturist and an Artist. I have unearthed and named several new apple varieties such as 'Rush McKean', and I named some others that I discovered, including 'Randall-Wilson'. I have a teenage son, and we're members of Michigan Nut & Fruit Growers Association.
Having lived many years in Grand Rapids, MI, where I began painting in 2021, I am proud to be part of South Oakland Art Association now, in Royal Oak where I grew up! AllArtWorks Gallery in Grand Rapids, MI has for sale some pieces I created.
These are a few of my paintings: "Dunollie Castle (ruin)"; "An Artist's Reply To Soviet Criticism"; "American Buffalo".

I have been painting since I was 9 years old. After retiring from a forty-six year career as a graphic designer in the Detroit area and thirty-five years as an adjunct instructor at CCS, I have been working, for the most part, in plain air watercolor, pencil and pastel. Here is a small sampling of my work. I can be emailed at buffington@comcast.net or texted at (248) 561-0697.

Artist Noah Ford - Realtor, Gardener, Photographer and Woodworker
For more than four decades, I’ve been exploring the beauty of the world through the art of photography — from the tactile days of film to the boundless creative possibilities of digital. My journey has always been guided by a simple truth:
everyone is beautiful, life is a miracle, and nature is our greatest masterpiece.
Through my lens, I seek to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, capturing moments where light, emotion, and nature intertwine. Each photograph is both a reflection and a reverence — an expression of fine art and a celebration of the miracle of life itself.
Whether I’m standing in the quiet of a forest, watching the shifting colors of a sunset, or finding grace in a human expression, my goal is to reveal the profound beauty that often hides in plain sight. My work invites viewers to slow down, look closer, and rediscover the wonder that surrounds us every day.
